Background: Malocclusion is a deviation from the normal position of teeth when jaw closed. The bimaxillary protrusion most prominent or common Angle's class I malocclusions. This study aimed to determine and present prevalence disorder in ethnic Malays adolescents Medan, Indonesia.
 Methods: Descriptive observational study. A total 35 research subjects were included this An exploration disorders was also carried out, an demographic data out. Univariate analysis out frequency distribution each test variable with help SPSS version 25 software.
 Results: majority had angle malocclusion, namely 22 people (62.9%), while only 13 respondents (37.1%) no malocclusion. results indicate that abnormalities Malay ethnicity quite high, 62.9%.
 Conclusion: 62.9%.
